We are quick to respond and will try to resolve any issues on the spot. If more specialist contractors are required, we will attend and oversee all works, providing a full report to our Landlord.
By finding the best tenants and looking after them during their stay we avoid vacant periods and make sure our Landlords comply with all legislation and regulation. We provide regular updates, including video calls if our Landlord is based abroad. In addition, we can provide professional cleaning, housekeeper service, removals, handyman on move-in and assist with ongoing property requirements.
