Launched in 2017, the LonRes Awards programme recognises the very best in the industry and rewards those achieving the top sales and lettings across London. Regional winners are awarded per office and are selected on the highest sales/lettings price achieved over the last year. This is identified using sales and lettings data recorded on the LonRes system over a 12-month period from the beginning of June to the end of the following May.

The winners of the second annual The London Magazine Club awards were announced on 26 November in what was a spectacular evening of celebration for the property industry. The awards paid tribute to the best in industry achievement, media creativity and charitable giving. Nominations came from across prime London estate agencies, from the largest brands to boutique companies.
