We have global reach through our Corporate Lettings and International Relocation team, who are in daily contact with global blue-chip companies, embassies and educational institutions, handling their requirements for staff moves in the capital. We invest 150-200 hours of work on a typical letting to find the ideal tenant, working tirelessly to identify the right long term match at the right price. Importantly, we have the expertise to make sure you and your property comply with over 160 different pieces of legislation and we can manage and maintain it for you in the years ahead. By charging our lettings fee monthly and not up front you’ll find that we work in partnership with you to achieve the best return from your property investment.
