Collaborative research by LonRes and the leading specialist agents in Belgravia, Knightsbridge and Mayfair clearly shows that Grosvenor Square values are now catching up with Eaton Square prices.

The lack of supply has always been the problem with Grosvenor Square compared to the other two squares which by size always have a larger turnover of sales.

Wetherell predict that in the next decade Grosvenor Square will once again be the No. 1 address of prime central London.

The data was compiled looking at the sale of property at similar given times in 2000, 2005, 2010, and 2012 with an adjustment made for the relativity involved for leases of varying lengths.
