Mayfair Rental Market Update

The rental market is very buoyant at present and in the last 6 months Wetherell has had a 15% increase in new enquiries and viewings, mainly from tenants wanting to see what is happening in the sales market.

Spring is on its way and new property is coming to the market. Demand from tenants coming mainly from local enquiries on business occupiers seeking accommodation in the Mayfair area.

Mayfair Sales Market Update

At this time last year we reported the lowest stock of houses and flats for sale at around 70 properties. The available stock has now risen to over 100 properties. 50% of available stock is below £2 million

There is now a selection of prime stock coming to market. The majority of current buyers are in the £2-4 million range.
