Managing Director

Peter Wetherell is the founder and Managing Director of Wetherell responsible for over-seeing the sales and rental departments and handling valuations where he is appointed by the Duke of Westminster's Grosvenor Mayfair Estate as their Valuer for freehold and lease extension claims under the various leasehold reform acts. He acts as a Professional Witness for Mayfair residential values at Leasehold Valuation Tribunals (LVT).

As a development agent he has been responsible for the sale of over 85 office buildings reverting back to their former residential use creating 250 new homes as houses and apartments and is currently advising on a number of residential schemes for Grosvenor, Land Securities and others to bring a further 75 -100 new homes to the Mayfair area.

A former Chairman of the central London branch of The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and recently voted onto the board of the Central London Estate Agents Ltd (CLEA) who publish The London Magazine for all of London's leading estate agents.

He has worked in Mayfair for over 35 years and in 2007 celebrated 25 years in business for Wetherell as the leading specialist residential Mayfair estate agents. Peter has a keen involvement in local issues and community projects having lived in Mayfair for a number of years and brought up a family in the area.  He is Chairman of The Mount Street Traders' Association and sits on the board of a number of Stakeholder groups in the area.

With over 25 years experience, Shaun advises on all aspects of residential sales and redevelopment. With 8 years experience in selling and acquiring property in Mayfair and Belgravia, Rob has been involved in some of the most significant and important deals over the past few years. Since joining Wetherell in 2005 he has been influential in amassing various high end portfolios for clients and advised the Grosvenor Estate in many of their disposals, transacting on nearly £500m worth of property.

Lettings Manager

Emma joined Wetherell as Lettings Manager in July 2010.  She has brought a wealth of agency experience having enjoyed 10 years in the industry working across Prime Central London.  Her previous roles as both sales and lettings negotiator have provided her with a rare understanding of buying properties to let and an in-depth knowledge of many local markets.  She has developed strong relationships with many clients who value her ability to provide forward-thinking practical advice ensuring that their properties are let quickly and effectively.   Emma enjoys providing a personal and professional service to both private and corporate clients.

Lettings Negotiator

Charlotte joined Wetherell in January 2010. Her passion for property was galvanized in New York when interning for a leading construction company where she worked on renovation and expansion projects with an unparalleled attention to quality and detail.  At Wetherell, Charlotte is part of the Residential Lettings team and strives to make the Lettings experience for both Client and Tenant a less strenuous and more fruitful practice.
